Pat Vaughn

EVP of Service-Delivery

Pat joined Simpatico in 2014 and now serves as its Vice President of Operations. A strategic and innovative problem solver, Pat is responsible for the structure and systems behind Simpatico’s Field Services, IT Support, Service/Delivery, Cyber, and Compliance divisions. As a key member of the company’s Leadership Team, he plays a critical role in driving efficiency, fostering a culture of clever solutions, and ensuring the company continues to thrive nationwide.

With a background as dynamic as his approach to business, Pat’s career spans Retail IT Support, Corporate Field Engineering, and Broadcasting. A natural innovator, he was the youngest radio DJ in West Texas, launched the first satellite radio programming for bowling, and has consistently been at the forefront of creative technology solutions.

A Texan by name, but a soccer coach by style, Pat grew up just down the street from Texas Tech University—his attendance there was practically a given. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, with supporting coursework from Texas Tech and South Plains College. His expertise is backed by multiple industry certifications and training in Scrum, Agile, and KANBAN project management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Pat is known for his fun-loving attitude and ability to turn any challenge into an opportunity. Whether optimizing workflows, crafting innovative strategies, or inspiring his team, he brings an energy that makes problem-solving exciting.
