In Lubbock, Texas, our team gathered at the Texas Tech football stadium—an iconic venue that captured the spirit, pride, and energy of the West Texas community. Our team came together for a memorable night that celebrated not only the season, but the dedication and teamwork that defined the year.
In Dallas and the Boston area, teams celebrated in their local Simpatico offices. With great food and great company, these gatherings created space to connect beyond day-to-day work. Hosting celebrations in our offices highlighted what makes Simpatico unique: strong local teams that collaborate closely while contributing to a larger, nationwide organization.

One of the most significant accomplishments of the year was the launch of our Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP). This milestone represented a major evolution in how we support organizations with data protection, compliance, and operational efficiency.
