Jeramia Cohen is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Simpatico Systems, bringing more than 25 years of experience in IT operations, with the last 8 years dedicated to cybersecurity. For the past 4 years, he has specialized in information security compliance, particularly DFARS and CMMC standards for defense contractors.

Jeramia’s career path reflects deep technical expertise and progressive leadership. He began as a field technician and has advanced through roles including Senior Engineer, Project Manager, Director of IT, virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), Director of vCIO Services, and now serves as CISO.

He holds numerous professional certifications, including Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Driven by a passion to defend against evolving cyber threats, Jeramia oversees the protection of over 10,000 customer endpoints.
