Greg founded Simpatico in 2013 after recognizing an opportunity to leverage synergies between two increasingly related industries. With a background in communications technology, experience developing and scaling companies in changing enterprises, and the low-voltage industry becoming more reliant on the internet, Greg decided to forge an IT Managed Service Provider Company with a low voltage alarm, audio, and video systems business.

Shortly after, it became apparent that cyber security protection was not affordable for SMBs, leaving them vulnerable to being hacked. Simpatico was well-poised to lead the way in providing the type of legitimate protection once reserved for large corporations companies of all sizes via AI technology and a dedicated 24/7 Security Operations Center.

In his early career, Greg worked for Caterpillar Inc. as an Applications Engineer for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) technologies and GPS automation systems. He then went on to co-found 3D-P, which initially focused on GPS guidance for heavy equipment but gradually became the global leader in harsh environment redundant M2M communications technologies.

In addition to his role as Simpatico’s Founder, Greg serves as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director.
