Employee Referral Program

Your Network Is Worth 1,200 Points

You talk to more potential customers than you think. Introduce us to a business that turns into a real deal, and we put 1,200 Bonusly points in your account. Here's exactly how it works.

Non-Negotiable Rules Below

How It Works

Four steps between "I know someone" and points in your Bonusly account.

01
Submit The Referral
Fill out the quick form below with who they are and how to reach them. Two minutes, tops.
02
We Run The Meeting
Our team schedules and runs the first discovery meeting with the business.
03
It Has To Qualify
That meeting only counts if it checks every box in the rules below. No exceptions, no partial credit.
04
It Has To Advance
Once the deal moves past that first meeting to STA in our pipeline, your 1,200 points land in Bonusly.

The Rules Are Non-Negotiable

For your referral to count, the first meeting has to check every box below. Miss one, and it doesn't count — no exceptions.

Rule 01
The Meeting Has To Happen
Scheduled and no-showed doesn't count. The meeting has to actually be completed.
Rule 02
20+ Computer Users
This is our ICP. If the business runs fewer than 20 computer users, it doesn't qualify.
Rule 03
The Ultimate Decision Maker
Has to be a conversation with the person who actually makes the call — not an office manager who "will pass it along."
Rule 04
The Right Business Reason
Has to be scheduled for a real conversation about their IT, security, or automation needs — not a favor booking.
Missing even one of these? The meeting doesn't count toward your referral. No exceptions.

Points Pay Out At STA — Not At The First Meeting

Qualifying for a meeting is step one, not the finish line. Your referral's deal has to advance to STA in our pipeline before your 1,200 points post to Bonusly. A great first conversation that stalls out afterward doesn't trigger the payout.

Got Someone In Mind?

Tell us who they are. We'll take it from there.

Questions

What counts as a "computer user"?
It's a headcount of computers and workstations in active use at the business — not total employees, and not servers. If you're not sure, submit the referral anyway and let our team verify.
Who counts as the "ultimate decision maker"?
The person who can actually say yes — usually the owner, president, or the executive who owns IT, security, or operations decisions. An office manager or IT admin who has to check with someone else doesn't meet this bar.
The meeting happened, but the deal hasn't moved to STA yet. Do I still get points?
Not yet. Points post once the deal reaches STA in our pipeline. If it's still active and working its way there, it can still qualify once it advances.
Does this apply to businesses that are already Simpatico customers?
No. This program is for net-new business — companies that aren't already Simpatico customers.

Your Next Referral Could Be Worth 1,200 Points
